Take Exit 170 B on to I-495 towards Tysons Corner.

Take RIGHT on to Roberts Road
Left on to Shenandoah Ln
Left on to Patriot Circle

You can also take the Little River Turnpike exit from I-495 to go down Little River Turnpike/Main St which intersects with Roberts Rd and also University Blvd
