Blue practices have an optional drylands workout half an hour prior to the listed practice time on Mondays and Wednesdays (6pm M/W). No drylands on other days.
Senior practices have drylands workout half an hour after the listed practice time on Tuesdays and Thursdays (4:30pm T/R).
Gold practices include weights and drylands at the end of practice.
