Practice
Your placement into our teams determines the practices and locations available to you. Tryouts and team placement evaluations must be scheduled with a coach at least 24 hours prior to practice. If an evaluation is scheduled at the YMCA, arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a guest policy form (swimmers 16 and under must be signed in by a parent).
